A: We use a specific type of detergent for cleaning crystals, and we only use lint-free towels.

 

Q: Why use a lint-free towel?

A: We use lint-free towels because not only does lint leave behind the tiny hairs, but it can also scratch the crystal.

 

Q: Why do you use buckets during cleanings?

A: We use buckets to keep your crystals in a safe environment during the cleaning process (not dropping them down the sink).

 

Q: Do you need to take the crystals or chandelier off-site?

A: No, we do all of the cleaning on-site.

 

Q: Is there a minimum amount you charge for a job?

A: There is no minimum price. In fact, we give free estimates!

 

Q: How long is a typical cleaning good for?

A: Every job is different, but depending on the environment in which the crystals are displayed, a typical cleaning should last six months to one year.
